I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms for people with special needs were modern and comfortable, but there was a bad smell and water leakage from the ceiling. The staff immediately fixed the issue.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a minute walk from Taksim Street, surrounded by facilities but with some basic detailed issues to be resolved. The rooms are spacious and clean, even till early hours of the morning, but there's a wall blocking the vision. The dining experience may require waiting, but it's highly recommended for everybody. The location overlooks Taksim square but is quite noisy and busy, near the subway and close to Taksim Square and Istiklal street.
